RESOLUTION Na. 82-241
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 202
WESTRIDGE ESTATES FOURTH ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the developer of West Ridge Estates Fourt Addition has petitioned the
City to construct watermains, sanitary sewer, streets, storm sewer, trails and
necessary appurtenances within said addition; and
WHEREAS, the developer and owner have waived their right -to a public improvement
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
! 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the
development contract for West Ridge Estates Fourth
Addition. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, is hereby
des;gnated as the engineer for the improvement. They sall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cquhqilmembeoen i and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following., voted n avor`t reo : -Mayor Dayenport, Councilmembers�Moen, Neils,
and ThrelrveN •

Whereupon, the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
