adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-239
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE FOR 1982-83
WHEREAS, an application for Garbage Hauler's License has been received from
Dave's Sanitation
4072 Hamel Road
Hamel, Mn. 55430
and
WHEREAS, the above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 of the Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Garbage Hauler's License be approved for Dave's
Sanitation for a period ending March 31, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing
vote In avor thereof:
