RESOLUTION NO. 82-238
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
license has been received from Boyd Kuss, 1620 Weston Lane, Plymouth, MN,
for the sale of flowers and plants, in accordance with Chhpter III,
Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Boyd Kuss for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants license is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
