RESOLUTION NO. 82-237
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR SUMMIT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (82016)
WHEREAS, Summit Construction Company has requested approval of a Site Plan and
Variances for expansion to an existing building located at 15605 32nd Avenue North,
and;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Summit Construction
'Company for Site Plan approval for expansion to an existing building locted at 15605
32nd Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance
with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit
issuance.
3. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure
and no outside storage is permitted.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion of the
site improvements termed for 24 -months.
5. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
6. No variance is granted or implied with respect to Ordinance require-
ments for the amount of on-site parking; all parking shall be confined
to this site per approved site plans.
