Pursuant to due call* and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of May . 1982.

Coyq�ilm.ember Threinen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-236
DENYING REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR STORER CABLE COMMU"IICATIONS AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF VICKSBURG LANE AND "NEW" COUNTY ROAD 9 (82018)
WHEREAS, Storer Cable Communications has requested approval of a site plan for an
approximate 3,000 sq. ft. building to be located at the southeast corner of County Road
9 and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Storer Cable Communi-
cations for Site Plan approval of an approximate 3,000 sq. ft. building to be located
at the southeast Corner of Vicksburg Lane and "new" County Road 9 for the following
reason:
The proposal does not adequately fit the commerciai downtown concept, and
would be better located in the Industrial District.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncilmember Neils ., and upon vote being taken-thereon,T
