HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-233CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota', was held on e 17th day of May , 19 .82 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils Schneider and Threinen The of owing members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 233 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE - Ira Mandelbaum WHEREAS, Ira Mandelbaum has submitted an application for an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to operate an off -sale liquor store at 3435 N. County Road 18, Plymouth, Minnesota 55441; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 17, 1982 with regard to said application in accordance with Chapter III, Section 4.11 and Section 4.14 of the City Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that subject to the approval of the State Liquor Control Commissioner, an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License is hereby granted to Ira Mandelbaum to operate his business known as Highway Liquors located at 3435 N. County Road 18, Plymouth, Minnesota 55441, and FURTHER that the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License issued to Dwain K. Thunem, 3435 N. County Road 18 shall be cancelled on the date of issuance of said Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Ira Mandelbaum. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils.
