RESOLUTION NO. 82-229
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $3,670
FROM THE RESERVE FOR CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society has undertaken to renovate the old Village
Hall Building located at Plymouth Creek Park; and
WHEREAS, $10,000 Was appropriated for this purpose in 1980; and
WHEREAS, the original $10,000 allocation has been expended before renovations have
been completed; and r
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society has requested an additional $3,670 for the
purchase of cabinetry to equip the kitchen;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does appropriate $3,670 from the reserve for contingency
account no. 101-190-899 for the purpose of purchase and Installation of cabinetry for
the Village Hall kitchen area.
