APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Mercharlicense
has been received from Nancy Kay Lanoue, 5230 Sunny Lane, New Hope„ 'IN, for the
sale of seafood from a freezer truck at Plymouth Liquors, in accor(Jcnr.e with
Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Nancy Kay Lanoue'for Peddlers,
Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
