adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-227
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants license
has been received from Edward Holmers 5040 Enchanted Road, Mound, MN, for the
sale of tropical plants, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Edward Lee Holmers for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
