RESOLUTION NO. 82-226
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER
FOR PROJECT 017 -ZACHARY PLAYFIELD SOD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth currently has an existing contract with
Rehbein Bros., Inc. for the seeding and sodding of Zachary Playfield,
and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that this
contract be amended to sod the entire playfield at Zachary Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon reviewing this subject matter agrees
that this change would be beneficial for the construction of this
project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a change order is to be prepared amending
Rehbein Bros. Inc. contract in the amount of $25,000 for the sodding
of Zachary Playfield, and further that funds are to be transferred
out of Park Dedication Funds into the Zachary Lane construction fund ;5
to cover the cost of this change order.
