moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-225
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. C-1
PROJECT NO. 109
EAST MEDICINE LAKE BEACH BATHHOUSE
WHEREAS, Change Order No. C-1 has been prepared providing the following
changes to the East Medicine Lake Beach Bathhouse:
1. Fabrication and installation of two additional doors.
2. Furnish and install a continuous 3/8" x 33-," steel plate at
the top and bottom cord of the boardwalk truss.
3. Furnish and install plywood shutters at louvers.
4. Provide wing wall brace.
5. Provide two additional electrical outlets and concealed
service to concession room.
6. Provide and install white formica top and edging to concession
room counter.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. C-1 for Project 109, East Beach Bathhouse,
is recommended for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. C-1 for Project 109, East Beach
Bathhouse, adding $2,860.84 is approved and the previous contract price
of $82,239 is revised to $85,099.84, and further, that this additional
money is hereby transferred from the Public Works Reserve Fund Balance
101-000-372 to 401-000-501.00.
