Coupcilmember Moen _ introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-223
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 123
PLYMOUTH CREEK IMPROVEMENTS
POND BC -P11
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted May 18, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of the following:
1. The structure necesssary to impound water in Pond BC-Pllc lying
East of County Road 61, South of 30th Avenue and North of 28th
Avenue
2. Channel dredging between Pond BC-P11c and County Road 61
AND,WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of storm sewer, ponding
areas, outlet control structure, channel cleanout and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on July 20, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such storm drainage
Improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $108,600.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 17th day of May, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the
Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m.,
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.

Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon the
