Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 82-220
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
1980 TELEVISION INSPECTION
SANITARY SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 111
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Viking Pipe Service Co. as contractor
have entered into an agreement for the Television Inspection of Sanitary Sewers,
said agreement being dated April 6, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $3,444.00, no change
orders were approved, and the value of the work completed and
certified to date is $3,431.20.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 111
and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be
and the same is hereby released from the contract except as to
the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights
of the owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work
after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $1,147.02
to Viking Pipe Service Co. for Project No. 111 is hereby approved
and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the same forthwith.
