' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a requl.ar_ ■seting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd " day of
May , 1982. The following members were present:mayor Davenport,

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-219
RECEIVING ADDENDUM TO REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 205
COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 18, 1982, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the County Road 61/Xenium Lane Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer, streets and all necessary appurtenances on County Road 61
from Xenium Lane to West Medicine Lake Drive and on Xenium Lane from County Road
61 to 200' north of 34th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the addendum to the report indicates feasible locations to acquire fill
�. material for the extension of County Road 61 northerly to County Road 9; and
WHEREAS, said addendum to the report was received by the Council on May 3, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the addendum to the report is hereby received and
placed on file.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
gouncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor therms: Mayor Davenport, CQurkcilmembers Moen, Neils,
