Coupcilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-217
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
LOT 4 AND 5, BLOCK 4, SKYLINE HILLS UNIT I ADDITION
WHEREAS, Melvin J. and 011ie Peterson have submitted a petition requesting the
City of Plymouth to install blacktop street adjacent to Lot 4 and 5, Block 4,
Skyline Hills Unit I Addition; and
WHEREAS, said improvements are not scheduled as part of the 1982 Capital
Improvements Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that said petition is received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petition will be considered along with the 1983
- 1987 Capital Improvements Program.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�l�ncilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers_Moen, Neils,
