Councilmember Moen. introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-215
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
LOT 6-17, BLOCK 2, SUBURBANDALE ON PARKERS LAKE ADDITION
WHEREAS, Sherwood Perl, has petitioned for sanitary sewer, watermain and streets
for Lots 6 through 17, Block 2 of Suburbandale of Parkers Lake Addition; and
WHEREAS, the property owner is considering a replatting of the existing
property; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has not filed an application for a preliminary plat
approval of said replatting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that said petition is received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petition will be considered along with the 1983
- 1987 Capital Improvements Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioner be informed that they should complete
the necessary platting material and file an application for preliminary plat
approval in order to indicate to the City their intent on replatting of the
property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
