adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-213
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND VARIANCE FOR DWIGHT LARSON FOR
"LARSON AUTO REPAIR" LOCATED AT 11320 HIGHWAY 55 (82009)
WHEREAS, Dwight Larson has requested approval of a Conditional Use Site Plan Amendment
and Variance for expansion of an existing service station and for a Liquid Petroleum
(LP) tank on the site for retail sales located at 11320 Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dwight Larson for a
Conditional Use Site Plan Amendment and Variance to expand an existing service station
for a Liquid Petroleum (LP) tank on the site for retail sales at 11320 Highway 55
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum, including submittal
of required easement.
2. All waste and Waste containers shall be stored within approved
designated areas.
3. Site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. The permit for the LP gas facility and sales is issued to the
petitioner as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
5. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
6. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances and violation thet'cnf shall be grounds for revocation.
7. There shall be no outside display, sales (other than approved by
the Permit) or storage of merchandise or related materials.
