the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of May 1982.

Counrilmember Moen introduced the followinq Resolution and roved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-212
APPROVING REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR A REVISION TO THE MPUD PLAN
FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY'S 'NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS" (MPUD 81-1) (80062)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval of a Conditional Use
Permit Amendment for a revision to the PUD Plan for "Northwest Business Campus" located
east of Interstate 494 and north of State Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Prudential Insurance
Company for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for a revision to the PUD Plan for the
"Northwest Business Campus" subject to the following conditions:
1. The most easterly access from the service station to Xenium
Lane be eliminated.
2. Compliance with all conditions and requirements specified in
Resolution No. 81-846 and 81-281.
3. Copies of the approved revised MPUD Plans shall be submitted to
the City to be filed with the MPUD Conditional Use Permit.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
gouQcilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
