Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a so meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-204
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR
PROJECT NO. 214
COUNTY ROAD 10 AND ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a
temporary traffic control signal at the intersection of County Road 10 and
Zachary Lane, Hennepin County Project No. 8214, Agreement No. PW 08-17-82 nas
been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign Agree-
ment No. PW 08-17-82, Hennepin County Project No. 8214.
FURTHER, that the City cost of the project be authorized from the M.S.A. account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor the Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
