Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
19th day of April , 19 82. The following members were
present:Ma�or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-198
REQUESTING MN DOT
CONDUCT SPEED LIMIT STUDIES
WHEREAS, the level of development has increased since the speed limit was estab-
lished on the following streets:
Zachary Lane - 36th Avenue to County Road 9
AND, WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportion will upon request from local
authorities conduct an engineering and traffic study to ascertain a safe and
reasonable speed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Commissioner of Transportation undertake a traffic engineering
10 study on the above streets.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Courcilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
