Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he -1d on the
19th day of April , 1982 . The following members were
present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-194
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 017, PHASE I
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE D3
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Deduct for fine grading corrective work
2. Deduct for removing existing light assemblies
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 4 for Project 017, Phase I, Electrical Contract
D3 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for Project 017, Phase I, Electrical Contract D3,
by deducting $1689 is approved and that the existing contract price of $299,211.00
is revised to $297,522.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t reg : Mayor Davenport, Councilme'abers Moen,
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
