HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-191CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of April , 1982. The following members were presentMavor Davenport, g tiers Moen. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent:--CounhYmee" er Royt Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-191 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HERITAGE ESTATES ADDITION (A-82.4) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 18, 1979, The Medford Corporation, developer of Heritage Estates Addition (A-824), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Erosion Control Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Buiits TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NFW AMOUNT 134,834 S10,700 125,510 -0- 77,841 -0- 45,510 -0- 10,200 6,000 1,000 -0- 600 -0- 1,500 1,500 1,500 750 177,990 -0- 69,178.20 500 $645,663.20 519,450 That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to 529,450 be further reduced to $19,450 to reflect the completed work. -URTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are ac,�epted as of April 19, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one Year guarantee by the developer. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneid.er wnrifoTbrOnen The llowing voted against or abstaii;W7 none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
