The following members were present: Mayor M Davenport, ouncilmembersoeni—n ,5 eid" d Th einen The following ers were sent: Counci Imember Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 62-184 SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLISHING REZONING ORDINANCE FOR "TRENTON PLACE 1ST ADDITION" FOR U.S. HOME CORPORATION (81043) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the rezoninq of the subject property from FRO (future restricted development) District to R-4 (high density multiple family residential) District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to he met prior to the publishing of the rezoning Ordinance: 1. The rezoninq Ordinance shall be published upon filinq of the Final Plat. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
