Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of April . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenporilmembers Moen, ch Heider
The +oifowi=ng members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
rniinrilmpmber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 183
APPROVING REQUEST BY U. S. HOME CORPORATION FOR A SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USF PERMIT
FOR "TRENTON PLACE 1ST ADDITION" (81043)
WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation has requested approval of a Site Plan and Conditional
Use Permit for the first phase of a multi -family residential high density development
in an R-4 Zoning District located east of Trenton Lane and North of County Road 9: and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLYMO11TH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of U.S. Home Corporation
for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to construct a multi -family hioh density
residential development in an R-4 District located east of Trenton Lane and north of
County Road 9, subject to the followinq conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memroandum.
2. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure.
3. Location of fire hydrants and fire lanes per City Code.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion of the site
improvements termed for 24 -months.
5. All other areas not improved as part of the Site Plan shall he sodded.
6. Subsequent phases shall be subject to ordinance plat and plan approval
requirements.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken theregn, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
