Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of April . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Sc n eider
and T►.r�ni non
Tfie following members were sent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 182
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR "TRENTON
PLACE 1ST ADDITION" FOR U.S. HOME CORPORATION (81043)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Trenton Place 1st Addition" located east of Trenton Lane and north of County Road 9;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followinq to he met prior to
recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Trail outlots shall be deeded to the City upon filinq of Final Plat
and trail improvements shall be made in accordance with City Policy.
3. The balance of the Park Dedication requirements, less any applicable
credits for improvements, shall be fees -in -lieu of dedication paid
upon filing of Final Plat in accordance with the current Park Dedi-
cation Policy.
4. Street names and numbers to comply with the City Street Naminq System.
5. The right-of-way for County Road 9 shall be platted as an Outl.ot and
deeded to the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
