Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the, City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of Aril . 1982.

Councilmember_ Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-181
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION" FOR
U.S. HOME CORPORATION (81043)
WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Trenton
Place First Addition" a plat for one lot and four outlots on approximately 18.27 acres
located east of Trenton Lane and north of County Road 9 and a Development Contract
therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of U.S. Home Corporation
for Final Plat approval of "Trenton Place First Addition" a plat for one lot and four
outlots on approximately 18.27 acres located east of Trenton Lane and North of County
Road 9;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember_Moen , and upon vote being takent reoen, the
