Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of April . 1982.

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-179
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR STEPHEN NESLUND FOR CUL -PEPPER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
"CHESHIRE ADDITION" (82004)
WHEREAS, Stephen Neslund has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat and General
Development Plan for one lot and one outlot as the "Cheshire Addition" located at
25th Avenue and Cheshire Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly called
Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Preliminary Plat and General
Development Plan for two lots in the "Cheshire Addition" located northwest of 25th
Avenue and Cheshire Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
3. No development until municipal sewer and water are physically avail-
able.
4. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding
minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions or on
sites adjacent to or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
5. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.

6. Outlot A be legally encumbered to Lot 1, Block 1, Cheshire Addition.
7. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncjlmember Moen . and upon vote beinq taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneijer
TeThreinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
