Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of April . 1982.
The following nKwbers were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
The o ow ng members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
cilmember Schneider _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESLUTION NO. 82-177
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLADYS THOMAS FOR "WHITE OAKS HILL" (82008)
WHEREAS, Gladys Thomas has requested approval for Preliminary Plat for "White Oaks
Hill", for three lots located at 321 Wedgewood Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request followinq a duly called
Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Preliminary Plat for three lots to
be known as "White Oaks Hill" located at 32.1 Wedgewood Lane subject to the followinq
conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dyinq trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
3. Payment of Park Dedication Fees for two additional residences in ac-
cordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filinq
the Final Plat.
4. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding
minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions or on
sites adjacent to or containing any open storm water drainaqe facility.
5. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.
6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
