HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-176CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of April . 1982, The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, SER -eider end Threinen The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt rnygri lmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its option: RESOLUTION NO. 82-176 APPROVING REQUEST BY GREG ERICKSON FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND VARIANCE (82010) WHEREAS, Greg Erickson has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment and Variance for expansion to the existing "Erickson's Super Valu" supermarket located at 1605 State Highway 101, northwest of State Hiqhway 101 and County Road 6; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Greg Erickson for a Site Plan Amendment and Variance for "Erickson's Super Valu" located at 1605 State Highway 101 and County Road 6, subject to the followinq conditions: 1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Location of Fire hydrants and fire lanes per City Code. 3. Submission of required financial quarantee for completion of site Improvements termed for 24 months. 4. Approved variances are for 38 feet building setback from the east property line, and 19 feet building setback from the south property line. 5. No outside storage of materials in accordance with the Zoninq Ordinance. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be per approved site plans and Ordinance regulations. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and Threinen The following voted agalast or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
