Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgqular meetinq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of April 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, c Heider
and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
_ Councilmember Schneider introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-174
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK RESERVE DISTRICT (82012)
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Park Reserve District has requested a Subdivision Variance
and Lot Division for unplatted properties within the City of Plymouth as part of the
land acquisition program for the Hennepin County Park Reserve District Regional Trail
System; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City Policy when the Division is approved by Hennepin County.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The North 600 feet of Government Lot 1, Section 4, Township 118, Ranqe 22 except the
East 150 feet (04-118-22-41-0001)
and
All of Government Lot 1, Section 4, Township 118, Ranqe 22, except the north 600 feet
(04-118-11-44-0001).
to be divided into two new parcels as follows:
PARCEL A: The East 150 feet of the North 600 feet of Government Lot
1, Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B The North 600 feet of Government Lot 1, Section 4, Township 118,
Range 22 except the East 150 feet.
PARCEL C: The East 150.00 feet of the North 880.36 feet of that part
of Government Lot 1, Section 4, Township 118, Range 2.2, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying south of the north 600.00 feet of said
Government Lot 1.

PARCEL D: All of Government Lot 1, Section 4, Township 118, Range 22 except
the North 600 feet and east 150 feet of the North 880.36 feet.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider
