and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

Council of

The following members were absent: Councilmember Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 171
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 107
MISSION HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing the following changes
to the Mission Hills Neighborhood Park improvements:
1. Additional bituminous for trails and special construction methods.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Project 107 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 107 adding $12,674.48 is approved
and the previous contract price of $224,752.41 is revised to $237,426.89.
