Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular. meeting of the City Council of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

CONSOLIDATED COMPANIES, INCORPORATED FOR S. J. GROVES 6 SONS COMPAMY (R2n m
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Land Use Guide Plan Amendment for Charlton
Consolidated Companies, Incorporated for S. J. Groves 6 Sons Company reclassifvina
approximately 42 acres of land from IP (planned industrial) to CL (limited business)
located in the northwest quadrant of Minnesota State Highway 55 and County State Aid
Highway 18=
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF PLYMOTTTT;,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to final adoption
of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment.
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. A Traffic Generation Analysis, prepared at the developer's expense by the
City's Consultant, shall be submitted for review and approval.
3. A Public Hearing be scheduled by the City to consider reauidinq the adiacent
properties from IP (planned industrial) to CL (limited business).
4. The proposed development shall not exceed the current sewage flow capacity
for this area, unless additional capacity is found to be available,
following further engineering analysis, as approved by the City Engineer.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
