adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-168
SETTING CONDITIONS RELATIVE TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING FINAL PLAT FOR "CIRCLF
STAR BUSINESS CENTER 5TH ADDITION" FOR RAIIENHORST CORPORATION (81062)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat Tor "Circle Star Business Center
5th Addition" as requested by Rauenhorst Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followinq relative to and to be
met prior to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No building permit shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed with
Hennepin County.
3. No variances for site development are granted or implied, particularly
with respect to shared parking. Final decision will be reserved for
final Site Plan approval.
4. Variance for lot width is approved.
The motion for adoption of the foreqolnq Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen and
_Schneider
The following voted agalnst or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass-eW and adopted.
