• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of April . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmemberss Ho�oen
Schnpidpr
T eo lowing members were absent: Councilmem er Threinen
rnunrilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-167
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER 5TH ADDITION" FOR RAIIENHORST
CORPORATION (81062)
WHEREAS, Rauenhorst Corporation has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Circle
Star Business Center 5th Addition", a plat for two tots located north of 28th Place and
south of State Hiqhway 55, and:
WHEREAS, the Planninq Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval,
and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Rauenhorst Corporation
for Final Plat approval of "Circle Star Business Center 5th Addition" for two lots
located north of 28th Place and south of State Highway 55.
The nation for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken t ere► on,the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen and
Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
