Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe5th day of April . 1982

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-166
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING ORDINANCE FOR BLOCKS 1, 2,
AND 3, "OXBOW RIDGE" (81035)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoninq Blocks 1, 2, and 3 "Oxbow
Ridge" from FRD (future restricted development) District to R1 -B (sinqle family
residential) District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOIITH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followinq condition to he met
prior to and related to publication of said Ordinance:
1. Publication can occur upon filinq of Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen and
Srhn id r
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
