Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of April , 1982 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmemb rs HoJ_.Moen and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 165
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 211
OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION - 46TH AVENUE & WESTON LANE
STREET AND UTLITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 19, 1981, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvements on 46th Avenue and Weston Lane in the Oxbow
Ridge Addition by the construction of watermains, sanitary sewer, streets,
storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 7, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted October 19, 1981. The petitioner has
waived his right to a public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoyncilmemAn_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly --passed and adopted.
