Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of April . 1982.
The following members were present:_Mavor Davenport. Councilmembers oYt, Moen and—
The o ow nq members were absent: Councilmember Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-163
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "OXBOW RIDGE" FOR
RICHARD DEZIEL (81035)
WHEREAS, the City Council ha approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Oxbow Ridge" as requested by Richar Deziel
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat;
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Final Plat shall be revised to provide for the 50 -ft. wide
connecting street riqht-of-way between Lot 1, Block 3, and Lot 7,
Block 1 and the excess land, 40 -ft., shall be incorporated with
Lots 1 and 7.
3. Street names and numbers shall comply with the City's Street Naming System.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayo r avenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen and
Schneider
the following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
