Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of April 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers oFr t,'Moen -"
and hrpinpn
The follTowing members were absent: Councilmember Threinen
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-162
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "OXBOW RIDGE" FOR RICHARD DEZIEL
(81035)
WHEREAS, Richard Deziel has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Oxbow Ridge", a
plat for twenty-six single-family lots and an outlot located west of Vicksburq Lane at
46th Avenue North and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said rquest and recommends its approval;
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract coverinq the improvements
relatd to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Richard Deziel for
Final Plat approval of "Oxbow Ridge" a plat for twenty-six single family lots and an
outlot located west of Vicksburg Lane at 46th Avenue North;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
