Pursuant to due call.and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
29th day of March , 19 82 The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-159
PRELIMINARY LAYOUT APPROVAL
HIGHWAY 55 FROM FERNBROOK LANE TO XENIUM LANE
LAYOUT NO. 2A (STAGE 1)
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 188
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 55 within the corporate limits of the City of
Plymouth, from Fernbrook Lane to Xenium Lane, and seeks the approval thereof;
and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified
. as Layout No. 2A (Stage 1) S.P. 2723-69 (55=188) from Fernbrook Lane to Xenium
Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk High-
way with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
To - owing voted in favor ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following vote against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
