Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s en tial meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on a 26th day of March ,
19 82. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Moen Schneider and Threinen
10 he Wollowing members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-156
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants license
has been received from Paul Alan Fearell, 9041 James Ave. S., Bloomington, MN,
for the sale of tools, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Paul Alan Fearell for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Co4ncij r Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo owing
10voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and
