Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ttT e - 29th day of March ,
19 S2. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers

--Wen, Schneider and Threinen
The-7ollowing members were a sent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 154
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received from James N. Campbell on behalf of St. Mary of
the Lake Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3,
Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary of the
Lake Parish Activities Club on May 7, 1982:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
• is hereby approved for James N. Campbell representing St. Mary of the Lake
Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane, for May 7, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Schneider and
Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and sdopted.
