Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was he d on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 152
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - NATHAN TRAILS PLAT TWO ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Meadow Corporation requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Nathan Trails
Plat Two Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Nathan Trails Plat Two
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting,
filed with the City Council on March 29, 1982, is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section
429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they
have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment
hearings.
3. The petit=on is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whethe.• the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recom-
mended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passeA-and adopted.
