HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-150CITY OF PLYMDUTM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Jar meetinq of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mimesota, was held on the 15th day of March 1982. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider,_Counci mem ers RoUt, he following members were absent: _Mayor Davenport aaf . •ff tfw Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its ;Xwtion: RESOLUTION NO. 82-150 RESOLUTION REVISING CITY COUNCIL POLICY CONCERNING THE REVIEW OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND REQUESTS WHEREAS, the City Council on March 23, 1981 adopted an policy concerninq the review of Industrial Development Revenue Bond requests by Resolution No. 81-212; and WHEREAS, said policy provides for the collection of a S500 administrative fee for the processing of such requests; and WHEREAS, in a report dated March 12, 1982, the City Manager has recommended a revision in the administrative fee from $500 to S1,000 to more adequately cover expenses associated with such requests; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that it should and hereby does amend the Industrial Development Revenue Bond Policy dated March 23, 1981 adopted by Resolution No. 81-212 by revising page 3a of the policy, paragraph six to read, "The applicant shall submit a non-refundable fee of $1,000 with the application to cover city administrative costs in processing the application." FURTHER, that the City Manager is hereby directed to implement this policy change Immediately.
