Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-148
DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE DEMOLITION OF HAZARDOUS STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 463.21, a
determination has been made that certain charges for the razing and demolition
of hazardous structures within the community have not been paid as provided for
by law, and the total amount of such delinquent charges, including incidental
expenses incurred, is in the amount of $3,080.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $3,080.00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land affected without regard to the cash valuation
as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the Clerk's office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Ho t, Moen and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
