Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a `" 15th day of March ,
19 82 . The following members were present: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Cyt, Moen and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-145
APPROVING BINGO LICENSE FOR FATHER GEORGE COUNCIL #3758
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Bingo License has been received from the
Father George Council #3758 of the Knights of Columbus in accordance with
Chapter XI, Section 1105 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, all provisions of Ordinance No. 78-3 and Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
349 have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a license to conduct 52 bingo occasions at 10904 South
Shore Drive, Plymouth, is approved for the Father George Council #3758 of the
Knights of Columbus for the period March 1, 1982 through February 28, 1983.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo lowing
voted in favor thereof: Hing Maycr Schneider, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen
and Threinen
