Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of March , 19 82 . The following members
were present:Actirig Mayor Schneider, Counci members Ho t, Moen and Threinen
The following members we►e absent: Mayor Davenaort
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-144
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1982 PARK USAGE POLICY
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed
and approved the 1982 Park Usage Policy dated March 4, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has reviewed the 1982 Park Usage
Policy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the proposed 1982 Park Usage Policy dated
March 4, 1982 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Hovt, Moen and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
