Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of March , 19 8L . The following rgembers
were present;qcting Mayor Schneider, Counci members Hoyt, Moen and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor DavenDor
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-142
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANTING OF 3.2 BEER PERMITS
IN PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK AND ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Ordinances Section 2005.13 and Section 1210.03,
Subdivision 3 allow the City Council to issue a special permit for non -
intoxicating malt liquor, and
WHEREAS, Plymouth's Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends that
special non -intoxicating malt liquor permits be issued for only Plymouth
Creek Park and Zachary Playfield,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 7T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it is approved that non-profit organizations
or associations be allowed to apply for a special permit to sell non -
intoxicating malt liquor in Plymouth Creek Park and Zachary Playfield on
a trial basis which will end December 31, 1982 and further, that the City
Clerk be authorized to prepare the necessary permit application forms.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Moen and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
