Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 141
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WATERMAIN EXTENSION FROM HONEYWELL, INC.
WHEREAS, Honeywell, Incorporated, has petitioned the City to construct a 16 inch
watermain along the South boundary of their property at Highway 55 and Forestview
Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Honeywell, Incorporated,
for watermain as outlined in the petition.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby directed
to prepare a study and that they are instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and the estimated cost of the improvement.
3. The study shall include a 16" watermain extension from point "247"
on the City's "Water Distribution Plan" westerly to the west line
of the Honeywell property, approximately 650 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed and adopted.
