Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
15th day of March , 19 82. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor c nes er,ounce members Hoyt, Moen and Threinen
The following members were absent: '—Payor Davenport
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 140
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
45TH AVENUE ADJACENT TO PROPOSED TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the proposed Trenton Place First Addition has petitioned
the City to construct the public improvements on 45th Avenue west of Nathan Lane
and adjacent to the proposed plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of the
proposed Trenton Place First Addition for the street, sanitary
sewer, watermain and storm sewer improvements as outlined in
the petition.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby directed
to prepare a study and that they are instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and the estimated cost of the improvement.
3. The study shall include 45th Avenue from Zachary Lane easterly
to the east bounary of Trenton Place First Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
f-ollowing voted n favor ereo Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
HoXtt Moen and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
