Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hem on the
15th day of March , 19 82. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Hot Moen and Threinen

Cpuncilmtuber Moen introduced the following Resolution and
m-yed its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 139
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT 017, PHASE III, SHELTER BUILDING
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS - ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to Zachary Playfield Shelter:
1. Provide temporary heat for shelter building
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Phase III, Shelter is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Phase 111, Shelter adding
$182.00 is approved and the existing contract price of $1O4.233.70 is revised
to $104,415.70.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmewbers
Ho t, Moen and Threinen ""

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly-pas—se-dand adopted.,
